Shipping We charge actual shipping costs and there are no additional or hidden fees. Important:  our shopping cart will automatically calculate the lowest shipping charges available but all shipping companies do have minimum charges so it may cost as much to ship just one small item as it does to ship a number of products together.  In all cases after you place your order if we should find a lower shipping cost for you we will add a gift certificate or discount coupon to your order for future purchases to compensate. Products are generally shipped from our Nairn Location within 72 hrs. (excluding weekends) In cases where products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, such as crates and x-pens additional transit time may result. Our primary shipper is FedEx and all shipping quotes on the site are provided in real time from their server however we may occasionally use other shipping companies if it will save time and get your order to you faster.  There will be no additional cost to you should we use this option. We currently only ship to Canada and the US.  If you live elsewhere and would like to order please use our contact form to let us know.  We can make arrangements to accommodate you.
